Colebee is one of the First Release Precincts.
The land in Colebee has been rezoned through the Local Environmental Plan process undertaken by Blacktown City Council.
The Growth Centres Commission worked with infrastructure providers and State agencies on access roads to the area.
NewsFirst homes in the North West Growth Centre
Former Planning Minister Kristina Keneally officially opened the Stonecutters Ridge development in the North West Growth Centre's Colebee Precinct on the 13th November 2007.
The development represents the first new homes in Sydney's Growth Centres.
