Box Hill Industrial
Box Hill Industrial Precinct is one of the second release precincts in the North West Growth Centre. It is bounded by Edwards Road to the north, Windsor Road and Killarney Chain of Ponds to the west, and Hynds Road and Annangrove Road to the south east.
Box Hill Industrial is around 245 hectares and will be investigated for employment and other urban uses. The area currently consists of a mix of residential areas and rural land uses.
Box Hill Industrial Precinct is being planned in conjunction with Box Hill Precinct.
NewsBox Hill and Box Hill Industrial Draft Precinct Planning Package on Exhibition
Precinct exhibition material and the draft Indicative Layout Plan were on public exhibition from 12 October 2011 - 14 November 2011.
A total of 4 community information sessions were held at the Rouse Hill Town Centre. The community information sessions were attended by 278 people.
As at December 2011, around 95 submissions have been received on the draft plans. Of these submissions, 85 are from the community and 10 are from State agencies / service providers.
The Department of Planning & Infrastructure is currently in the process of reviewing these submissions and will continue to work with agencies and technical consultants to finalise plans.
Landowners will be notified once the Precinct Planning Package has been finalised and approved by the Minister.

Box Hill Industrial Road Link
On 16 March 2010, the then Department of Planning sent a letter to 271 landowners in Box Hill Industrial Precinct, concerned about the future of homes between Annangrove Road and Commercial Road. A map shows the correct location of the existing road corridor. Another map is available showing property boundaries.
